Using proprietary software, WGC provides clients within a custom strategic business and growth plan that will contain assignments for each business to complete in order to teach them necessary business skills and to graduate from the program. Our clients will be required to complete an intake assessment to determine their needs. A customized strategic growth plan will be created based upon the answers provided in the intake assessment. The training will include Planning for Growth, Professional Selling, Managing Your Money with Metrics, Human Resources—Keys to Building a Successful Business, Building Leadership, Entrepreneurial Skills, and Customer Relationship Management, HSSE, Cyber Security, Quality, Corporate Policies, Technical Capabilities, Capital Finance, Marketing, and ESG.
